Do Doctors Play God?
by Cassiline ini just read an article about a baby born at prematurely at 26 weeks and the doctor who tried to save him.
the question was asked, should this baby be saved?
the child was born at 26 weeks, (14 weeks early) with one kidney missing, a partial esophagus, no anus, tracheal hole, malformed, exposed spinal cord, multiple abnormalities of the heart.

FYI...In St louis Mo there is a "Bloodless Hospitall" . They do all operations without any blood. Scary huh!......

My Grandaughter just got married Sat.and her new hubby (He is in the Marines) was shipped out this week !.
They knew it was coming but not so fast!. They had one night together!...He was stationed in Calif and he flew here to get married. Now he's gone....She is so sad!

This is way too funny! Someone suggested putting X lax in brownies...My sister in law called after I got back from the dentist. She said her hubby had "Diarrhea!" and they couldn't come.Is that too much or what!. They are only here for a week so the only other time they can come is Friday or Saturday! God does work miracles!..
And as far as a motel goes..I told hubby I would be perfectly happy to leave and stay at the corner motel until they left...but he has gotten worse so he really wants me to stay with him. . I'm the only one that can help him...I can tell his reactions are slowing down and so is his thought process.
The dentist thinks I'm royalty! He wants to "Crown Me!".Isn't he sweet...I told him he said that 3 years ago!..And the tooth is just fine still!..I'm in no hurry to have it chopped off and covered up with inferior materials.....

I actually did tell my MIL to shut up one time.Which took a lot for me to do that. I was always taught to respect your elders! The kids and I skipped a meeting and went roller skating one night. When we got home...she was waiting in the driveway (She lived next door!) with her bible open and she was reading from it and trying to follow me in the house..I told her to get out and shut up... then I closed the door. We moved not to long after that!.
It wasn't like I was taking them to a bar or strip club! There were lots of witnsses there!..I guess we were all playing hookey!..I was starting to be sooo evil!
And yes..he is still getting the Noni juice. The Drs have used all their drugs they can. He found out he was taking too much of it though. So now it is only about $500. a month instead of $1,000. All I can say is it better work...or someone is getting another letter!!!!!!!!!

I get to go to the dentist at 8 am. (Not my favorite time). Then we get to have visitors!..My lovely JW Mother in law .and her JW daughter and JW son in law from NY are coming to visit for the second time this week! They suggested me cancelling my dentist appt. and I though that was real nice. BUT..I would rather be at the dentist!
The sister and brother in law were here Monday and it wasn't too bad. But I mentioned meeting someone they knew here and their first reaction was.."That's why they quit going to the meetings!".
It was all I could do to not laugh!
I tried to smooth it over saying it was a site for both JW's and non JW's. We discussed the cutbacks on printing by the WTBTS and then I asked him if they sold Bethel..My mistake..I got that idea in my head and I don't think they did. So I guess he thinks I am stupid again... Live and learn. Well..we shall see how tomorrow goes. My very outspoken Mother in law is visiting for the fist time since I wrote her and told her what I thought!. ( She was bad mouthing everything I did for hubby last time she was here.) When she thought we might move by her to help her she was ever so sweet to me. Then hubby got sick and she realized it was over..she got mean again.
I am going through enough right now with hubby and his Cancer. I don't need her doing that to me . I need encouragement..not put downs. So we shall see how tomorrow goes!....They are coming to see hubby..they don't even need to speak to me!..why don't they just shun me..?
He doesn't need to hear all that junk!. ...Hope I don't have to write another letter!

Back in the 50's..
We wore guys levi's . (It was the in thing)
We would buy them so tight we could barely zip ( or button ) them up!. Then we would fill the tub and lay in it to get them wet! Then we would let them dry on our bodies!..That way we got a perfect fit! And they stayed that shape.
Then we would get a long white shirt from our Dad's closet and roll the sleeves up! And of course the collar had to be up too!..Cool!
Then we would get a pair of "Bobby socks" and cut the tops off..then we would put them on the socks we were wearing to make the tops real fat! Later we got fancy dog collars and put them around the top ot the sock..Each side meant a different thing. Like right side meant you were single and left side meant you were going steady!
Gotta love those fads!
When I was older..I worked at a Levi store. I could get them for cost. That was half price.
The Chinese people would buy them at $14.99 and ship them to their county and black market them for $100.00 or more!..They are some smart business people!
